There are already 5 years that the FARC (revolutionary armed forces of Colombia) holds Ingrid Bétancourt in their ‘jails’. 5 years of silence. 5 years out of freedom. In France, the status of political prisoner does not exist today, but in Colombia, a group of rebels have decided some years ago that this status could be normal.
